Basic Range And Gun is a premier shooting range and gun store in Orange Park, FL. Since 2012, we have taken pride in offering a wide range of services, training classes, gun range access, gun sales, and rentals. As a proud veteran-owned business, we strive to provide a welcoming environment for individuals of all ages and experience levels. We're excited to have a Spanish-speaking instructor as well. I came with my sons, both were first-timers, and my youngest was very timid about firing a weapon.
I rented a .22 caliber pistol for the boys to start with. A staff member/ instructor came out to the range floor and showed them how to properly handle and fire a weapon. What an awesome gesture!
My kids enjoyed the range so much that I purchased them a .22 cal rifle (Rascal), and a tactical rifle for me from Basics.
Great customer service, knowledgeable staff members, nice range, good rentals, and fair firearm prices.

My wife and I recently took an introductory gun class. Our instructor, Mr Ramos was amazing as he was patient, understanding and very informative. We felt very comfortable and Mr Ramos was very accepting of any and all questions. I would highly recommend this for anyone purchasing their first gun as we were able to learn about, handle and shoot many different gun types.
